Everything, on every plan.
There are no tiers, no per-member fees and no add-ons. The two plans differ only in how often you pay.
Cheaper than the directory you print.
A printed directory for a mid-sized church typically costs a few hundred dollars per run, takes weeks of chasing, and is out of date before it reaches the pews.
| Printed directory | HomeField | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost | Hundreds of dollars per printing, plus photo sessions | $149 a year, all in |
| Accuracy | Frozen the day it prints | Members update their own details |
| Time to produce | Weeks of collecting forms | An afternoon, with a CSV import or by hand |
| Where it lives | A drawer at home | Every member's phone |
| Privacy | Anyone who finds the booklet | Signed-in members only, per-field controls |
| New families | Wait for the next edition | Added the week they arrive |
| Paper copy | Yes | Yes, print the PDF any time |
Plain answers about paying.
How does the free trial work?
Sign up, verify your email, and your church has 10 days to use everything. We do not ask for a card. When the trial ends the directory pauses until an admin chooses a plan. Nothing is deleted.
What happens if a payment fails?
We email your admins and give you a seven-day grace period to update the card. The directory keeps working the whole time. If the grace period ends without a successful payment, the directory pauses until it is sorted out.
Can we cancel?
Any time, from the billing page. Monthly plans simply stop renewing. Annual plans are refunded for every whole unused month. Your data stays available for export for 90 days after cancellation.
Is there a discount for small churches or church plants?
The flat price already assumes a small church. If cost is genuinely the thing standing between your congregation and a directory, write to us and we will find a way.
Who do we pay?
Whitened Fields Ministries, a small ministry-run software shop in North Carolina. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card details never touch our servers.
Do you charge sales tax?
Where the law requires it, tax is added at checkout and shown on your receipt before you pay.
